I had to drop my broomstick at the dealership today when I was done for the day. Yet another recall.

I asked them to check on another problem I needed fixed. They said they’d call and let me know what the next step would be once they figured it out.

I’ll be damned, I didn’t get a call, I got a video sent to me of my ride and the mechanic dude detailing in the video what the problem area was, pointing out what they had checked and the parts that they were going to replace.

I thought it was pretty cool. I am however going to have to explain to them that ALL CAPS IN THE TEXT MESSAGE is not appropriate.
