I tested 100 times from NW DC in the morning 8:30-10:00. Only 1 to IAD . 99% from METRO to office. Push me faster! I'm late. You get in traffic for $3.75. I'm cheaper then McDonald's cashier? They make $13.5/hr.

Well, true.
I have driven morning rush hour in DC before and there is hardly any IAD trips at that time.
I usually check ETA to IAD via Google maps at rush hour and it's always +45 min.
So if an IAD ping comes through, you should see a "long trip" notification from Uber.
If you don't see that, then don't pick up

The bolded is your problem. You need to be working 5:00am-9:00am to make the most of it. Driving from upper NW to downtown along Connecticut Ave is easy-peasy in the morning before the lane switch. By 9am, 90% of riders have already got their workday started.
