It’s part of the stimulus plan for coronavirus relief, which sounds really nice. But it doesn’t make it too clear. In the meantime I hear every American will get one check of 1200 dollars , however in a separate article it says 600 a week for gig economy workers. Now I’m a part driver for Uber , 25 hours a week, sometimes less. Where does it say you have to be a full time worker to get this 600 a week? And if part time drivers get 600 a week, does this mean we won’t also get that 1200 dollar check? It all seems very confusing unless I’m able to see the bill in front of me stating you have to be a full time driver. What they possibly can do: part time drivers get only part of that 600, so 300 a week, vs FULL time drivers getting the full 600.

The bill is being written as we speak. Then it has to go to the house for another vote.then we will have the details of how to apply for the 600 bucks.

So I think you are mixing up Sinagang na Baka and Sinagang na Baboy..... The stimulus plan provides for $1200 check to TAXPAYERS who make under 75K if you are married filing joint it is 150K. if you make over 75K/150K it decreases as you get closer to an income of 100K/200K. The weekly you are referring to is unemployment .... Unemployment, under the bill is going to provide 100% of an employees income for an extended period of time.
