I'm a part-time driver done 1k trips over 12 months. I signed out of the app 2 weeks ago and immediately
resigned in which I often do to see if it updates any information. 51 compliments flew in. Amazed. Would have appreciated them more along the way . The thing is I had not driven for 5 weeks...Anyone had similar happen to them

I just made an edit. The point is I had not driven for 5 weeks so Uber were not updating along the way

Yeah, I got exactly what you meant and it is weird. Mine seem to update during my shift and then slowly days after it. My point is that the trolls and mindless ones who frequent here on autopilot (and auto repeat and repeat and repeat) who like to attack others for posting anything that isn't in their very narrow field of view. This is one topic that usually attracts them like flies to you know what.

Some smart *rse uber driver has hacked into Uber to give himself more badges and a greater sense of self-worth, his code was not real good and everybody got the extra badges

Yes, the number of cryptocurrency badges in my account doubled overnight about a month ago. A pathetic attempt by Uber to persuade drivers to stay instead of going to Rola or Taxifry by putting pretty numbers next to funky icons.
