so I've received badges and comments since but my 5 stars have stayed at 435 since last Thursday...

The heck? One cannot leave comments/badges unless they give you a 5 star. Or am I missing something?

You have a lot of compliments and you have exceeded the maximum But seriously your compliment total is superb.

Mine has been "stuck" for awhile it seems. I don't have any compliments or badges since December.

Also my 5 stars didn't change either but I didn't have that many Uber rides over the weekend.

I contacted support over a week ago but they just keep saying how to install the app, check settings etc. I think it's a problem on their end but they don't bother to check that. Maybe one day will go to a greenlight office to show them.

Jeff Jones said that great drivers will feel rewarded with compliments and badges [and 5 stars]. Don't want you to feel under appreciated.

I asked also and got 3 responses... each explaining how ratings are calculated I finally told them forget it. Clearly you're not actually reading my question.

When I exceeded 500 rated trips lately, my average rating did not change at all. I'm now up to 545 rated trips and those beginner days with 1 and 2 star trips should have fallen off by now since almost all of the recent trips are 5 stars. My rating would go up 0.02 at least.

But it's a headache to contact support or make a special trip to their office.

You can ask support for a breakdown.. how many 5☆ 4☆ 4☆ 2☆ 1☆...

How true is the notion that riders with low ratings tend to rate drivers very poorly? Anyone heard of that? I have also noticed that when you have a high acceptance rate(above 90%),MOST of the time your rating gets lowered too. Low acceptance=higher rating. Thoughts?

mine has been stuck at 227 for past few days. Couple days ago I couldn't access weekly earnings app said uber servers were down. About same time my 5 star ratings haven't changed been stuck at 227.

I just started on 2/18 and have 45 trips so far. I have one compliment and one note that actually shows five stars. I have 0 five stars showing but all my customers are saying I have five stars and they never see that? Obviously since I just started I have not had enough time to piss someone off.

A couple weeks ago I had 41 trips, but only 7 rated and 6 5-star trips so they said my rating was 4.86. I find it hard to believe that only seven people rated out of 41 trips

I've been averaging about 5-30% of my riders rating me since the rider app change. I tjink only ine week i had more than 50% 2 weeks I've had less than 5%

They dont get promted to rate the last trip when they open they app again like they used to.. It's made a huge difference.
