They don't need to. There are a ton of drivers out there ready to take trips at 0.9 negative surge. Met a few gems at the Burbank greenlight. Oh me oh my...

Monday 4th of July, surge will be well over 2.2x during the 5PM - 10PM. But Core LA isn't where the money is at on 4th of July weekend.

nope..it will be in the beach cities....BUT....maybe there will be a lack of drivers in the core..not a big deal for me either way as i'll be with the inlaws in Arizona
