Hell yes. We maximize their profits at that same time we maximize ours. helloooo??!!!!

Don't need to go to Harvard to know that. They drive people to using X because many of us XL and Select get roped into short grocery runs. Theirs plenty of X cars around to meet the needs. It would drive people to pick XL and Select if all they got was X when they request.

Was a hour when they roll it out.... Drop to 20 mins. People are still getting deactivated for cancel/ accept rate... The lawsuit settlement was throw out by the judge

I got my "love letter" from them with only an 86% acceptance rating. Still showed 20 min.

86% acceptance? Wow - you are a trooper. I got scolded again and had several timeouts handed down this past weekend. Still only 20 mins. The same email I got also only stayed 20 mins too.

Check you trip history for "actual rider cancellation" vs "Cancellation aka driver cancellation". I had uber correct several rider cancellations that were listed as cancellations aka driver cancellations.

Cancelled are driver cancelled on my app. Others say 'rider cancelled'.

Damn. Then the 2 trips yesterday that canceled on me, and 1 today, are counted as driver canceled then. Even though I get the message saying it won't go against me.

No wonder my acceptance rating suck.

They still calculate against acceptance rate I've noticed, but I guess when it comes to any deactivation possibilities then you should be covered.

Only had 3 driver cancellations. Last week, however, I was working the day/business shift. I haven't done bar runs since last November. I found my pattern where I do better (for me) when I do days than nights. It still sucks, but at least it's a pleasant suck.
