I have a steady rating of 4.6 over the past 50 trips I carried some real a holes. Now uber is telling me that if I dnt maintain 4.6 over the next 50 rides they will deactivate me! Lol. Uber management is a real piece of work. Before I was a 4.73 till I went to Daytona beach and carried some pax. Now I'm back and I'm 4.6 and uber wanna deactivate me.

I had a 4.6 when I first started up until about 75 rated trips due to not knowing my city well enough and not good with the Nav. Now I have 260 rated trips, know my way around a lot better and a much better navigator and worked my rating up to 4.77 although it seems like I need 10 5* rating to move up 1 tick. Anyway when I had a 4.6 I emailed uber about the way rating were calculated and they replied that you have a 4.6 rating which is very good so no worries just Uber on. So go figure.
