30th uber strike in orlando

All my partner driver's hi,
I am not giving up until someone trying to tight to uber. I know I can't happy everyone.
But I keep try until we all driver's success.
If this strike no successful than every month 15th and 30th all my friends driver's strike with us.
I have more planning about uber.
I will take them to small calmed court.
I will do lots of thing against them
Please just wait and with me.
I never back up my life. I am always with people. What they doing to driver's it's not right in America.
They have made slave to all driver's.
Someone has to do about it. I will be with my friends driver's.
I don't need anything from it.

I am with you MD Ali. It's ridiculous that people are voluntarily driving for slave wages. These people should dictate their own pay! "Small calmed" court is the way to go. What all should we do to Uber and who is your lawyer? I'm with you my friends driver's!

can't wait until tomorrow, I'm with you man, let's you and me show these bastards....but then again Uber didn't miss me all year and I will be sure not to drive until the surge hits 3x

About 20 UberX driver around the convention center area when usually there is around 60. The strike is working. Lol... I know it sucks all those knuckleheads that do not understand. Working for basically peanuts, until they realize

I don't think even 1/4 of the drivers took the day off Universal has at least 10 cars circling like sharks and another 10 driving around the hotels near bye. Another 8 or so at Disney and that's just uberx. Good try you do know there are drivers on the wait list that don't care they just want a job. Uber loves them because making $$ no matter how little is $$. They don't cry and ***** they work. If you don't like your pay quit and find a new job, Uber has 60 billion reason to not miss you and say hi to the new guy willing to do the job for 3 months then they will quit its a bad look but they don't care. Get over it, striking is not doing anything at all. If it was the serge rates would be up today guess what nothing!!

I guess people do the opposite. Today must be opposite day. There are so many uber drivers out there. I don't think it will even surge to 1.2 tonight. If it does it will be like now you see me now you don't. I won't drive tonight unless it gets above a 3.0 surge then I might have to join but by the looks of it you won't see a surge.

I hate to be the downer, but you guys are never going to succeed playing by the old rules that, clearly, no longer work. Uber simply added a TON of new drivers on the streets today, like they usually do every few weeks, and crushed any hope for a surge or to make a point.

Want to create change? Get all guerrilla marketing on them. You simply have to relay the real shady side of being an uber driver to slowly massage the idea that driving for uber can and will without a doubt get you into very shady shady situations.

Now that the fares are so cheap, even crack wh0res are taking uber to their tricks and the scary factor has exponentially increased for all drivers in low paying markets. These are the kinds of people many cab drivers would pass on( even if they are not allowed to technically) and they get paid $2.40 a mile, lol.

Most people are generally cowards, once they grasp that due to low rates, thugs are now all over the platform, I doubt they will be all excited to start driving let alone keep driving after actually witnessing it first hand. Imagine reddit swamped with stories from all over similar to the one below.

Everyone has one of these stories to tell, go tell it like this guy did:

Dude got stuck in long drug deal delivery scared for his life

See? All you have to do is keep posting these kinds of stories all over, they are factual, they are the new reality with these rates...its not just the lower pay, its the "am I going to die or be caught in a shootout" factor now. Being an uber driver, at these low rates, is now officially very dangerous and the pay sucks to boot.

Let the crazy take the bus, they dont belong in decent peoples vehicles risking their lives for the sake of getting a cheap ride. Bad PR scares uber more than any silly strike will ever accomplish. Raising fares to 50% of what cabs are now would go a long way for everyone involved and its not an unreasonable goal to fight for...using any means at your disposal without committing any misdeeds.

Just my two cents.
