Being the guy with the 2k16 yes I wear suits or casual wear from time to time and believe it or not alot of those medical jobs are also coming from Black car bases they forty dollar voucher jobs. I'm not surprise at all. Lately I saw many Asian guys doing x and pool on brand new Cayenne and Audi Q7 and many young black guys doing the same job with Range Rover sport, Lexus sport SUV and sedan, BMW 5, Cadillac . For sure they were not driving for a base because they dress like just come out from the hood.

You need a 4.8 to do black. It is bull shit but that is a luxury option so they want the "best" drivers possible. And hy best I mean the drivers who let pax manipulate them and control the ride. Because a pax can always rate you lower to **** with you if you fail to follow their every whim.

If I ever chose x and got an s or e class , 5 or7 series, heck even a cts, I would tip at least 10 dollars each time. At minimum, I can cover the premium unleaded fuel being used for the trip. Good lord.

If you are new, you have to do at least 100 jobs first and ratings must be at 4.8 or above to do black. Since you just started I assume You have to do that. If it drops below that you don't get to do black for a while more.

Military affiliation. Have your car affiliated to a base so that it can be used in combat scenarios

A base in new york is basically an affiliation with a fleet of cars that work with a car service.
Uber is considered a base in new york and then theres a ton of others that aren't as global but still established.
