$200 a day every day

Didn't work yesterday, but this post will be updated everyday for those of you who need the motivation. I'll also be dropping videos on my YouTube channel Uber Do's and a Uber Don'ts with Uber D for those who want to see it. This is not me stroking my ego, this is strictly motivational, and I'm sure there are people doing better numbers than these that won't share, and don't talk about it.

Showing numbers without showing how you are getting them does nobody any good.

It ain't rocket science, if you bother reading here you know how to do it... it becomes a question of being disciplined enough to live by your own rules. When I don't make my number its because I choose not to and would rather enjoy life as it comes

Nobody wants to share their fishing holes. You need to find your own. Yes we are all independent contractors but we are all competition as well. General advise and tips are all that should be expected here. But you are right about showing the numbers. That's why it's pointless to prove that some of us are making a certain amount. Even though there are a lot of drivers out here, there is a lot of money out here too. It's up to you to find where it is.

Exactly!

I will never share another sweet spot, or secret trick, but I will let you know it's possible to use this to transition.

Half your trip is $30... what if you didn't get that ride? your numbers would be different. Unfortunately alot of people don't catch rides like that.. I catch them once in a while if I'm lucky

That's easy but Uber keeps changing the rules.

Exactly!

Nobody is saying share your sweet spot. But you can share creative strategy. What's so hard about that?

Yeah, sorry, but if you aren't showing how much is surge (some areas just don't surge anymore due to saturation), and how many miles you drove, including empty return miles, then this isn't an honest accounting.

Just. Get. Motivated.
Yeah, you can be as motivated as you want, if there aren't miles available to drive, then there aren't miles available to drive.

That being said, I have had what I consider, for my market, a good enough day.

But, once my motorcycle is back up and running I am back to the real world of working a job that doesn't eat my earnings up and provides benefits.

Just an example.

To make 70 in my market on x without surge, and excluding the empty miles.
90 miles paid IF you were able to do 60mph for every mile.
Fuel costs if your car gets 20mpg is 12.15

So, without adding in any other costs, car payment, tires, oil changes, alignment, car wash/vaccum etc

Actual earnings 57.85. AGAIN, without any of those other costs

The thing about luck is this, we make it by being consistent. If you drive the amount that i do, the odds of catching surge, longer trips, and better tips goes up significantly because my net is a lot bigger than someone who's only working part time or giving up after a few rough trips. Stay vigilante comrades, you can do it if you want it.

Good for you. What is your YouTube channel?
In your avatar, you are either flexing your muscles or about to punch the camera.
