I do but I try to make it quick and not in heavily populated areas. If there are cops, I always gesture/yell if it's okay to stop to get my passenger. Even the ones that look annoyed seem to appreciate that I ask. Most motion to the less crowded areas, down the street, etc.

Paint plates plasti dip just front ones. Take a pic. Take plasti dip off. Put plates away period.
Rarely they pull u for no front plates.
If they do tell them someone spray painted and show them pic. Tell them u get new ones at the dmv.

I can have damm near perfect one any where.
On lyft i try more since you can earn a little tipnefer at the end. End of a week get extra 100 in tips. So i try.
In uber i can care less since there are no tipnefer. I dont talk to no one. Get in get out.
