U can't raise rates without capping drivers. Last time I was at the hub, about 3 times in one month, I saw several people onboarding each time, just while I was there.

We defined this before, but no one pinned it for new people (or rather I told them to heed my definition, but thinkiness isn't a strong trwnd here, so I was ignored).

We are paid by rates. The riders pay a fare or price. And we don't get a percentage of anything. Nor do riders pay a rate of any kind. They get an upfront fare. This below is not during a surge, and it's definitely not the price of $2 + $1.15 a mile + 22c a minute +$2:

So there's no rate. The point of definitions is so that this misunderstanding doesn't occur every single time.
