not if he get caught and it get seized because he is only declaring 20 hours of work for tax purposes and they find out he owes significant back taxes the car be the first thing they take.

it not like he can dump the car on a plane back to home and a ban from traveling to Oz for decade. Resale value for a 2013 hybrid in the year 2028 is not going to be high.
