►I took pictures with my GS5 and, when I got home,... I uploaded the AVI from my Falcon-360,... BOTH forms of Proof were rejected as a Fraudulent Attempt to request and acquire the Maximum Cleaning Fee (which, is now lowered to $150/incident).

►I was also given a warning from future attempts to request a cleaning fee

The reason you were denied they say is for accepting back-to-back pings.

Whenever you submit for a cleaning fee immediately go offline. Hell I got $20 because some chick sharpened one of those eye pencils and left th shavings all over the floor.

I can see how you can accept a ping on a ride and then someone pukes so it can happen. If you have proof that should be enough. I am sure you would cancel the ride and clean the car. Unless you took a ride after the incident I can't see how uber can claim fraud.

No offense meant from over here, but that has me kind of scratching my head too.

I don't care what type of cleaning fee you're going for, you have to go offline and remain offline until Uber responds they're paying the cleaning fee.

Had a guy leave dried paint chips all over my backseat one night, Uber paid the $150 fee because they thought it was wetpaint. Was offline the rest of the night, he was my last ride of the night anyway.

A few weeks ago some chick sharpens her eyebrow pencil and leaves the shavings all over the back floor, submitted for the fee and stayed offline until they paid the $20 for vacuuming. Total time off 30 mins. Took Lyft pings while I waited to be paid.
