Okay, so I realize I might sound like a jerk on this, but service dogs are a giant pain in the rear. Yesterday I picked up a blind lady, along with her boyfriend and her dog. What annoys me is that the dog gets in the car and makes a total mess. No apology or acknowledgement or tip when they...

Nothing I hate more than having to transport someone's "service dog" just because they say it's a service dog. Is this not fraud? Again I might be posting in the wrong section, but does anyone know how to suggest a new section in this forum? I think we should have a separate section relating to the various class action and other lawsuits against Uber and Lyft. The outcome of these suits affect many drivers and it would be...

This is an excellent document that covers concerns regarding Taxis, Limos, Public transportation and Service Dogs. Every driver would do well to read this over, it is the best I have ever seen regarding this subject. http://www.ada.gov/service_animals_2010.htm
