Absurd. Instant call to support for $3.

This message began appearing on some (about 1/4) offers for UberEATS in October. I'm utterly clueless as to what it's attempting to convey because it's a single order pick-up and I have no other accepted offers in progress. It's a candidate for the most nonsensical notification of 2022.

Is there a way to get alerts/texts/pings when a surge hits a certain area. Or some type of push notification Right now, I have to have the app open, and physically look every 2 or 3 minutes for surges.
