I wanted to share my experience with you all about why I decided to quit driving for Alto and join zTrip instead. After driving for Alto for a while, I realized that it wasn’t the right fit for me. While the company has its perks, I found that zTrip offered more of what I was looking for in a...

Does anyone know a specific person I can talk to about getting this problem resolved? I've been trying to signup for this program. When I go to sign up I get this message: "Oops! Hi, I am a new Uber driver. I am doing my homework and reading all the info online and in the App. The personal accident insurance Uber provides as a benefit to drivers expired 30 November 2021. If "180 Days of Change" is more than simply "marketing BS" to improve driver relations without any real substance then here is one benefit that I'd like to see that would really benefit...
  7. Lyft
Today, Uber has a far larger market share that Lyft. Lyft has recently been making significant progress increasing its market share primarily because of Uber's seemingly endless negative publicity. However, that has obvious limits and may end anytime that Uber chooses to alter key policies and...

Lyft is gaining market share on Uber, but Uber remains far ahead. What will it take for Lyft to pull ahead in this race and beat Uber? Will Lyft's efforts to take on Uber come at the expense of its drivers? Google: Lyft How Your Pay Is Calculated and Google: Lyft's efforts to take on Uber in...
  9. Advice
I find Uber's "Driver Rewards" to be of little to no real benefit. I strongly suspect that Uber receives a referral fee, if not a "piece of the action", for each driver that uses one of the listed services. This may mean that "Driver Rewards" are more "Uber Rewards itself", an Uber profit center...
