    It doesn't allow me to see rider's rating, name, nor location. I can only see that it's a request, which will time out in 12 seconds. Frustrating. I am using the most up to date app as of July 26th, 2016. Please advise.

    My menus screen is all blank. I tried erasing the cookies, using my PC but can't think of what else to do. I going to take a trip to the office but rather not go way over there if it'd an easy fix. Can anyone help me with this? Ty
